Is an online tutor effective?
We have done extensive trials to develop a system for online tutorials which is efficient and effective. As your child's tutoring sessions
progress we will make adjustments to suit their unique personality and specific needs. Their progress will be monitored and you will be updated
regularly on their development.
When will I be billed for the package?
We will only bill your credit card when we have confirmed the availability of your schedule, which we will inform you through email, and, when
you have accepted the details by clicking on the activation link in your confirmation email.
How soon will I see the improvements?
Every child is unique and will develop differently. We constantly work with you to identify your child's strengths and weaknesses and
help them improve in the process.
If we do not like the current tutor, can we request for a change?
We welcome your comments on our tutors and we are very interested to hear what you think we can do to improve our service for you. You may
send an email addressed to our customer service and we will promptly act on your request within 4 working days. We will do everything possible to
ensure that you have a pleasant and fruitful experience with us. If you are not statisfied with the performance of your tutor you are given the option
to request for a change should you deem it necessary.
Do you offer tutorial services which are not included in the list of subjects?
As of this point, we are limited to teach the subjects which are enumerated in our list, however, we would like to hear from you as to the subjects your
child will be needing help with so that we may work to include it in our future offerings.
